The Steve Jobs Documentary Premiered At SXSW And Will Air On CNN Later This Year

Hot on the heels of Becoming Steve Jobs, the exhaustive book by Brent Schlender, which brought news that Apple CEO Tim Cook offered Jobs a piece of his liver, comes Steve Jobs: Man in the Machine, a documentary that premiered Saturday at South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin.

Given the disaster that was the 2013 Ashton Kutcher biopic Jobs, there hasn’t even been a real meaty movie on the man yet (if you don’t count the cult favorite 1997 TV movie Pirates of Silicon Valley). The long-delayed Jobs film written by Aaron Sorkin and starring Michael Fassbender should hit theaters in October.
