Anybody who has taken classes in the past decade or so knows the power of Wikipedia—and Miami Heat rookie Justise Winslow is no exception.
Wikipedia is a go-to website for students who need quick information on any given subject. Although most teachers don’t accept it as a “source,” it certainly helps people get a decent understanding of the subject, helping jump-start the research process.
Those who have used Wikipedia recently have seen that the website is asking for donations (the site does not do ads). Winslow, 19, saw that request for donations and feels like he should help out, considering the website helped him get through high school and his one year at Duke:
