Now that’s a nice pregnancy perk!

Utah-based startup Domo is providing its pregnant employees with $2,000 towards purchasing pregnancy clothes, reportsFortune.

Expectant employees at the computer software company are given gift cards worth $2,000 to Nordstrom, A Pea In the Pod, and online retailer Asos that they can use to buy maternity clothes.

Founder and CEO of Domo Josh James was inspired to implement the benefit when his assistant became pregnant.

“When my assistant got pregnant about a year and a half ago, I saw the challenge she had finding maternity clothes that were professional and that made her feel great,” James tells PEOPLE.

“I’ve always believed that if you look good, you feel good, and if you feel good, you play good,” he continues. “We want our expectant employees to be able to treat themselves, and buy clothes that make them feel great.”

James also related to his assistant’s struggles on a personal level.

“There have been a lot of babies born in my family – I have six daughters of my own – so I’ve seen firsthand the stress women have trying to feel good and look good when their bodies are changing throughout pregnancy,” he says.

Cathy Donahoe, Domo’s vice president of human resources, told Fortune that the $2,000 clothing stipend recognizes Domo’s demography and “what matters to the majority of our employees.”

According to the magazine, the average age of employees at Domo is 34, with an average of three children per staff member.

James told PEOPLE the stipend is just another way to show his employees how much he values their contributions to the company.

“We want to remind them just how much we appreciate the work they do for Domo,” he says.

The company also offers parental leave and a $1,000 baby bonus for new parents.
