Inspirational New Yorker Cover Featuring MLK Marching with Eric Garner, Trayvon, and Mike Brown

The cover of The New Yorkers Jan. 26 issue features an illustration of Martin Luther King Jr. and his arms interlocked with Eric Garner and slain police officer Wenjian Liu. An image of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown are also shown following behind them. “The Dream of Reconciliation” was inspired by King’s march from Selma to Montgomery.
