Starwars Goes Digital Before The Latest Installment In The Series Is Released

We’re still 254 long days away from the release of The Force Awakens but we’re happy to bring you something that will hopefully keep your thirst quenched until December. Walt Disney Studios, along with Lucasfilm and 20th Century Fox has announced that the entire Star Wars saga will be made digitally available for the first time on iTunes, Google Play, Amazon, Xbox Video, PlayStation Store, Verizon Fios and VUDU. “We’re thrilled that fans will be able to enjoy the Star Wars saga on their digital devices wherever they go,” said Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy. “These films broke new ground in technology, design, sound, and visual effects, and we’ve created some very special bonus material which delves into the saga’s rich history.” All six films, from The Phantom Menace all the way to Return of the Jedi will release in Digital HD starting this Friday, April 10. The Transporter Series Returns With “The Transporter Refueled”

Jason Statham may be history but The Transporter lives on, with newcomer Ed Skrein (Game of Thrones) slipping behind the wheel as Frank Martin in this reboot of the popular action franchise. The plot revolves around a femme fatale named Anna, who hires Martin under false pretenses and ultimately coerces him into taking down a group of Russian human traffickers. Expect leggy blondes, flying fists and plenty of Audi product placement, if the official trailer is any indication.
