Yep, stained glass backboards are now a reality thanks to the good people at Literally Balling. Headed up by designer Victor Solomon, the boards “are an aesthetic convergence of historical opulence and our modern day kings of court.” Which is a fancy way of saying, “The official hoop of the 2015 Vatican Dunk Contest (Powered by Sprite).”

A World Record Was Broken Today In London!

Farah, 31, left the field behind as he stormed home in a time of eight minutes 3.40 seconds – breaking Kenenisa Bekele’s previous record of 8:04.34.

It is the double Olympic champion’s first world record.

“This means a lot to me,” Farah told BBC Sport. “I love representing my country, giving something back to all the people. Unbelievable.”

The Time Michael Jordan Wore The Number 12

Jordan’s No. 23 jersey is believed to have been stolen on the day of the game. The Bulls did not bring a backup No. 23 jersey with them, but the team did have a just-in-case No. 12 kit bearing no name on the back. Sam Smith, who covered the game for the Chicago Tribune and now writes for Bulls.com, remembered a search in the crowd for a No. 23 jersey that would fit Jordan’s 6’6’’ frame.
