Boxing’s pound-for-pound king is coming for the title of “sneaker champ.”

Floyd Mayweather took to Instagram to post images of an upcoming “TMT” sneaker boot. Emblazoned with “TMT” on the medial side and “Money, Power, Respect,” on the back heel, there’s no denying this is a “Money May” sneaker. Considering the shoe’s overall design and colorway, one can make the argument the shoe drew its inspiration from Nike’s lineup of ACG silhouettes.

With the champ slated to retire from the boxing game in the near future, Mayweather’s move to the sneaker game might be a business venture to help set him secure an even more comfortable retirement. Or it could simply be Mayweather just wanting his own signature sneaker. And while the temptation to hit the champ with a “What are thoooosssseee” is a great, we wouldn’t recommend doing it in person for fear of catching a quick one-two.
