Universal Pictures Has A Date For A Jurassic World Sequel

Yesterday, Universal Pictures boasted their success of Jurassic World becoming not only the most popular film of the year, but also earning honors of grossing the third highest total in the history theaters – only second to Avengers and Titanic. With the project surpassing $1.522 billion globally, Universal and Amblin Entertainment made the official announcement of a sequel today. The Steven Spielberg-executive produced project is set to arrive to theaters on June 22, 2018, as Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are set to return for the sequel.

While a trailer obviously isn’t expected to surface for another two years, be sure to experience the original Jurassic World in iMAX while you still have time this summer.
