Well, it looks like former IBF/WBA super middleweight champion Carl Froch has finally taken interest in facing WBA 160lb champion Gennady Golovkin (33-0, 30 KOs) in what would be a very, very risky fight for the 37-year-old Froch.

According to Froch’s promoter Eddie Hearn, he’s started negotiations with Golovkin’s management for a fight between them. Hearn believes it’s a fight that they could stage at Wembley Stadium in London, UK and fill the thing like they did with Froch’s fight against domestic fighter George Groves.
