The massacre of 2000 Nigerians was done by the same terrorist group, Boko Haram, that kidnapped the 200 girls last April. People are frustrated that the 17 Parisians’ lives are getting almost all of the limelight over a massacre of 2000. People are stating race is definitely a factor in media outlets’ decision to cover one story over the other. Nigerians are also upset because their President has even addressed the Paris murders more than their own.
